In the Wix Editor or Wix Studio, add an HTML iframe element to any page and paste your EmbedStaff snippet. Your staff directory loads immediately - no Wix App Market subscription, no recurring add-on, no code editor.
Your directory updates live whenever you make changes in your EmbedStaff dashboard. Visitors always see the current staff list without you touching the Wix editor again.
Embed your full directory on a 'Meet Our Team' page, or use pre-filtered embeds to show only a specific department on department pages. It works wherever you place an HTML element.

Whether you're using the classic Wix Editor or the newer Wix Studio, the HTML embed element is built in. EmbedStaff renders cleanly inside your page layout and adapts to your site's colour scheme automatically.
You do not need Wix Velo, a developer, or any coding knowledge. If you can drag an element onto a Wix page, you can embed your staff directory.
One caveat: the HTML embed element requires a Wix paid plan (Core or above). EmbedStaff itself has a free plan with no credit card required - but you will need a paid Wix plan to use HTML embeds.
