At the start of each school year, each school admin uploads their updated staff CSV. EmbedStaff compares it against the previous year and shows exactly what changed - new hires, departures, and role changes - in a single diff view before anything goes live.
Each school reviews and approves its own diff. Nothing is published without a deliberate approval step. No accidental publishing of unconfirmed new hires. The district office can monitor which schools have completed their update and follow up with those that haven't.
Mid-year changes - a supply teacher, a head of year who moves departments - are handled from the dashboard in seconds. The directory on the school's website updates immediately.
